On March 28, 2023, the next meeting of the Mastering your PhD scientific group was held with the support of the Department of Foreign Philology of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University. Candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of all fields of study took part in the meeting.
The topic of the meeting was “Leadership in scientific career”. The main goal was to acquaint the winners with leadership and its importance in scientific work. Separately, there was the issue of mentorship and errors in the preparation of scientific research. In the framework of group work, problems that may arise in scientific activity were given and the participants proposed effective ways to overcome them. At the end of the meeting, postgraduate students shared advice on overcoming difficulties in scientific work based on their own experience.
